Moana’s new adventure hits cinemas November 27th. This time around, Moana receives a call from her wayfinding ancestors to sail farther than ever on her most dangerous journey yet. Check out our 5 Moana 2 activations below!
1. Seashell Painting Station 🐚
Create a table in your lobby for families to paint their own small seashells. Provide markers (or paints if you’re brave) for kiddos to personalize their shells. Each shell is a small token for kiddos to remember their adventure with Moana at your cinema!
2. Family Package 👨👩👧👦
Moana 2 drops right before Thanksgiving, so create a family package for the viewing that includes film tickets, popcorn, sodas, and premium items for something for everyone!
3. Partner with your local aquarium 🐠
Partner with a local aquarium for cross promotion. Design a special package that includes aquarium entry tickets and Moana 2 film tickets. Create an Instagram Collab post that allows both the aquarium and your cinema to post this exciting deal together!
4. Wayfinding Journey ⛵
Create your own wayfinding journey around your cinema with Moana and ocean themed photos and clues. Encourage moviegoers to arrive early to participate in this fun activation. Those that complete the journey can receive a free small popcorn or Moana 2 stickers.
5. Mocktails 🍹
Create fun mocktails for this family friendly film. Create your own fruit punch with gummy fish swimming around or your own “Ocean Breeze” with blue caraçao syrup (non-alcoholic) for kiddos + adults to enjoy! Promote opening week with special pricing!
